Refunds
We guarantee our customers 100% product satisfaction. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied we encourage you to contact us via email at orders@farmoponics.com. We will gladly exchange damaged, contaminated, or incorrect products. Please check the products received to ensure they are what you ordered. If you have received an incorrect product, or are unsatisfied we will exchange it. Please understand that due to the wide range of personal taste preferences, food likes, and dislikes, we do not offer refunds or replacements for products that may “not quite be to your liking or expectations.”
Returns
Perishable food products cannot be returned. All food products from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis.
Substitution Policy
We will make every effort to maintain consistency with our advertised products. However, from time to time some of our most popular items are limited due to demand, or may not be readily available. When this occurs, we reserve the right to substitute an item with one of equal or greater value, without notice and without any additional cost to you.
Reusable Items
Cooler bags, Reusable cool packs, and Araven containers are the property of Farmoponics. Farmoponics allows paid subscription customers the full use of these items for delivery and use while in their possession. We only ask that you leave the items on the front door for the next pickup date to be cleaned, disinfected, and reused for future deliveries. If the items are not returned or are returned damaged or in unusable condition Farmoponics will charge the customer’s card on file for a replacement item, at the actual cost. We simply want to continue to provide a better way of delivering your tasty crops without adding more plastic to the planet.
