Black Oil Sunflower -Microgreens

(1) 2 oz Bunch Black Oil Sunflower

Sunflower microgreens are one of the most favorite microgreens! They are crunchy and have a wonderful nutty flavor. We like to use them as a base for our microgreen salads. They also make an excellent snack. Sunflower microgreens are a substantial source of complete protein and offer a better functional food source than eating raw sunflower seeds, especially for magnesium and zinc. Gently dab the microgreens through the towels, this will help to eliminate the moisture. Store in an air-sealed container in the crisper drawer of your refrigerator for up to a week.
