Curly Kale is milder in flavor than Lacinato or Dino Kale and our hydroponically grown Kale is even milder because we control the nutrient recipe. The nooks and crannies make it perfect for soaking up the flavor of your favorite dressing. Leaves can be used in raw salads, hearty bean soups, and green smoothies. Store at 32°-40°F (0°-5°C) and 95 percent relative humidity.
