Mizuna – Microgreens

(1) 2 oz Bunch of Mizuna Microgreens (Brassica rapa)

Mizuna also known as Japanese mustard greens or spider mustard has a mild peppery flavor, slightly spicy, but less than arugula. Great for garnishes, and mix them into your favorite salads. You can also add to soups and stir-fries at the end of cooking. Gently dab microgreens (carefully, they are delicate) with paper towels to eliminate excess moisture. Store in an air-sealed container in the crisper drawer of your refrigerator for up to a week.
