Mizuna

1.5-2 oz Bunch of Mizuna (Brassica rapa)

Mizuna also known as Japanese mustard greens or spider mustard has a mild peppery flavor, slightly spicy, but less than arugula. Great for garnishes, and mix them into your favorite salads. You can also add shredded mizuna leaves to soups and stir-fries at the end of cooking. Rinse and dry the leaves before placing them in a container or zip-lock bag. Store in the crisper drawer of your refrigerator.
