Popcorn shoots are a microgreen variety increasing in popularity. They are most commonly tossed into salads, or layered into burgers and sandwiches. They can also be garnished over roasted meats and seafood, scrambled into eggs, or used as a taco or burrito topping. Store in an air-sealed container in the crisper drawer of your refrigerator for up to a week.
