Red Rambo Radish – Microgreens

(1) 2 oz Bunch of Red Rambo Radish – Microgreens

These radish microgreens are harvested at their peak of crunchiness! Red Rambo has a strong radish flavor. Use instead of sliced full-grown radish anywhere you would normally use radish.  Add crunchy radish vegetable flavor and amazing colorful highlights to any microgreen or full-sized salad. Gently dab the microgreens through the towels, this will help to eliminate the moisture. Store in an air-sealed container in the crisper drawer of your refrigerator for up to a week.
